Vendor/Sponsor Information & Application

General Information

All “booths” will be indoors.  Electricity is available for a small fee.

  • Each vendor is requested to donate at least 1 relevant item as a door prize
  • Vendors are responsible for their own signage
  • Vendors may attend either or both days, but the prices are the same either way
  • Vendors are required to agree to Terms & Conditions of the Expo.

Exhibitor Levels

Vendors/Sponsors may select from the following exhibitor levels:

Platinum Exhibitor – $5000

  • All of the benefits of the Gold Level Plus:
    • A double booth (10’ x 20’) if desired
    • The ability to hang 4 of your company banners in prime venue spots  (2 in the main expo hall and 2 in the breakout session rooms)-max size allotted is 4’ x 8’
    • 6 Additional months (one full year) of Advertising on the Expo website
    • 3 additional (4 total) Exclusive Life Changes, Be Ready (LCBR)! Email announcing your sponsorship to our email data base- you can provide content for promoting your company and or products
    • 1 additional (3 total) social media announcements through LCBR accounts promoting your company’s participation

Gold Exhibitor – $2500

  • All the benefits of the Silver Level PLUS:
    • The ability to hang 2 of your company banners in prime venue spots  (1 in the main expo hall and 1 in the breakout session rooms) -max size allotted is 4’ x 8’
    • 3 additional  months (6 total) of advertising ( logo and link to your website) on the expo website
    • 2 additional (3 total) Exclusive Life Changes, Be Ready (LCBR)! Email announcing your sponsorship to our email data base- you can provide content for promoting your company and or products
    • 1 additional (2 total) social media announcements through LCBR accounts promoting your company’s participation

Silver Exhibitor – $1500

  • All the benefits of the Bronze Level PLUS:
    • 2 additional  months (3 total) of advertising ( logo and link to your website) on the expo website
    • 1 additional (2 total) Exclusive Life Changes, Be Ready (LCBR)! Email announcing your sponsorship to our email data base- you can provide content for promoting your company and or products
    • 1 social media announcement through LCBR accounts  promoting your company’s participation
    • The opportunity to give a presentation at the breakout sessions

Bronze Exhibitor – $1000

  • Your company logo or name on all Expo written material
  • A single booth (10’ x 10’) if desired
  • One month of advertising (logo and link to your website) on the expo website after the event
  • Exclusive Life Changes, Be Ready (LCBR)! Email announcing your sponsorship to our email data base- you can provide content for promoting your company and/or products
